Fee to Tenants
* A holding deposit of one week rent
* A security deposit of 5 weeks rent or 6 weeks if the rent is over £50,000 per year
* One month rent in advance prior to the commencement of Tenancy
* Charges for lost keys or other security devices (example; fobs)
* Cleaning and repairs may be chargeable against the Tenancy deposit if evidence is provided after inventory check out.
* Fees applying to all pre-existing Tenancies entered before 1st June 2019
* We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing Tenancy Agreement until 31st May 2020
* Payments in respects of bills - utilities, communication services, TV licence, council tax and green deal or other energy efficient changes.
Fee to Landlords
*12% inclusive of VAT of the gross rental for the first year of the Tenancy including management
*9% inclusive of VAT for the second and subsequent years of the Tenancy including management
*14.4% inclusive of VAT for overseas Landlords for the first and subsequent years including management
*2.4% inclusive of VAT additional fee for overseas Landlords to remit Tax to HMRC

Management includes arranging the following:
1. Rent collection and payments to Landlords
2. Inventory check in and check out
3. Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
4. Gas Safety Certificate
5. Electrical Certificate if applicable
6. Smoke and Carbon monoxide alarm installation
7. Furnishing
8. Repairs
9. Gardening
10. Start and End of Tenancy cleaning
